Our breathing is a powerful tool we can use to regulate our entire system. Bringing harmony into our being benefits our health and vitality tremendously.
This course is created to provide an overview of the essential elements of breathing and their effect on our body, mind and energy. It will help you understand how to create a balanced practice to advance your breathing.
During the course, the breath will be examined from multiple perspectives. We will look at its effect on a physiological level, as well as the effects on our nervous system and subtle energy field. We will explore different types of breathing: Breathing slow, breathing fast and heavy and breath retentions. This way you will have a well-balanced perspective on the essential aspects of breathing.
Spread out over 9 modules, you will gradually be exposed to the science behind breathing. Each has its own theme, which is accompanied with a set of specific exercises.
