MODULE BASED​

The course is structured in 9 modules, each with its own specific theme. It is constructed in a way that gradually exposes you to the knowledge and practices needed for each stage of development.

ONLINE TEACHING​

Monthly a new module will be introduced in a 2 hour online group teaching session. During that session you will receive the theoretical background and practices for each module. If time permits it, there will be space for questions at the end of the session.

COURSE MATERIALS​

Each module comes with a handout, providing you with the teaching and practices in written format. This allows you to go over all the material in your own time. You will also receive audio files with guidance of each exercise. This way you can listen to the instructions as you practice.

 

SELF-PRACTICE​

In between teaching sessions, you will be practicing on your own. The practices of each module will be limited to 20 minutes per practice session. The self-practice is essential, as this is what will facilitate the change in your physical body, your nervous system and your energy body. Also, it is the practice that integrates all the knowledge into your being.

 

TELEGRAM GROUP​

You will get access to a Telegram group where you can ask questions as they arise on your journey. It will also give an opportunity to share experiences and progress with fellow students. 

 

RECORDINGS​​

You will have access to video replays of the teaching after the sessions. So, even if you can not be present live, you will be able to rewatch it. Full access to the platform will be limited to 18 months.

 

You will also receive audio recordings of each session to download for your own personal use. This way you can revisit the material even after the course has ended.
